Returns & Refunds

Sorry, we cannot offer returns or refunds for our mushroom grow kit purchases if you've changed your mind or have ordered the wrong product, due to it being a living perishable product.

Guarantee

We do guarantee that your mushroom grow kit will produce one harvest. If you follow the instructions and after two weeks you've seen no growth or are seeing anything funky, please send us photographs via email at info@urbanvalley.com.au. We will help troubleshoot the kit or offer a replacement.

Returns & Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original method of payment once the stock is returned in new condition within 30 days from purchase. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Faulty products will be refunded or replaced within 30 days from purchase with no cost shipping. Please email info@urbanvalley.com.au for customer service.
